The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the main attractions and the city center. This allows guests to easily explore the city and enjoy all that it has to offer. the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with all necessary amenities.
The lack of communication from the staff regarding check-in and payment processes can be frustrating for guests.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was close to the city center and quite close to other tourist attractions. The hotel was also away from the crowded Duomo area, a plus. The cleanliness of the room was superb, and the daily cleaning service was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was comfortable, modern, and stylishly furnished. We also appreciated the free drinks from the mini bar. The staff was friendly, kind, and very helpful.
